Morrison--Walker--Wedrich's skein lasagna modules use the functoriality of sl(n) Khovanov--Rozansky link homology to assign a triply-graded module to a smooth 4-manifold, possibly with a link in its boundary. Ren--Willis have shown that these skein lasagna modules indeed detect exotic pairs of compact 4-manifolds.
In this lecture series, we'll discuss the construction of this 4-manifold invariant, computation methods, and applications, focusing on the sl(2) case as needed.
